Let's introduce an appraisal process, for HIM ...
Had a discussion with chow on my previous post.
Chow: "oye...oopar wala has his hands fulll....with 7 billion dors to handle"
My response: "I don't think so ...."
"May be HE is just sleeping up there.
Like what we do, when we have too much to handle, go to sleep.
Things are self sustaining.
If they are not in order right now, they will be, eventually.
Even, if they do not, it is also fine.
HE doesn't have to go through appraisal process."

There is a law I came up with sometime back:
"If you don't solve a problem for long, it will cease to exist..."
By sleeping I mean "doing nothing about it." You may be busy with 'n' number of other things, where 'n' can range from 0 to very high number. But no plan or action or worries about the problem, in discussion.
Result can be either one of these:
1. Problem will grow bigger than you can handle.
e.g. car/bike will break in a no man's land, that too late in night.
2. Problem will become insignificant or in manas's words "cease to exist".
Lekin if you are GOD and no one to monitor or ask you question, how does it matter if you sleep or do not sleep. You will still be GOD.
To handle case 1: Use emergency procedure called "miracle", everyone will praise & thank you.
But if you are still sleeping, everyone will say "May be this is GOD's wish".
To handle case 2, Oh! just ignore that.
Yaar GOD hona bahut boring nahin hota hoga kya !
I have heard that every human being has a guardian angel (personal GOD) sitting up there, who guides and take care of that person ...
it seems mine has gone to sleep ...
